Making A Purchase Please note... You must be over 18 to purchase from our online store.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Where we try to make descriptions as accurate as possible, some errors may occur due to the vast amount of products we carry. We cannot be held responsible for errors in our copy.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are usually processed and delivered next day. However, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery.
In certain circumstances, a shipping surcharge may be added due to the excess weight of some of our products. We will contact you prior to shipment if this is the case.

| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. |
| Tax Charges All prices on the airsoft warehouse website are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. (All prices shown are inclusive of VAT). Overseas orders may attract additional taxes/duties at point of export. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If your new Airsoft weapon or accessory purchased from us is faulty then please contact us immediately and a replacement product will be dispatched to you as soon as the originally purchased goods are returned and confirmed to be faulty by our engineers.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged from carelessness or misuse.
Any goods returned that have no fault as confirmed by our engineers will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Any items returned under our 30-day money back guarantee must be as new, in the original undamaged packaging and be missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BB’s.
Goods returned must be in the original packaging and with all of the manuals, materials and accompanying literature unopened.
Gearboxes locked by flat batteries will be a chargeable repair, regardless of the age of the product.
Missing or loose body pins are not covered by the warranty.
Magazines are not covered by a guarantee.

Non faulty goods are returned by agreement with Airsoft Warehouse only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return costs are paid by the customer.
Warranty repairs are returned at AW expense (UK Mainland Only) providing that the warranty is valid.
